- This research is aimed to find out the employee performance and organizational culture also analyze the impact of organizational culture towards employee performance at KUD Sumber Makmur Ngantang Malang. The research design that is used is survey research while the technique of data sampling is done by using questionnaire. The sampling technique used Total Sampling, with 71 respondents. The analysis tool that is used by the researcher is Scale Range and Simple Linear Regression. The result of analysis shows that the employee performance which is categorized as high is the employee that is able to finish their work accurately, finish their work on time, do teamwork and being able to adapt with partners. Organizational culture which is in high category is resulting innovation in new method, do their work accurately, being clever in doing their work, making the result of the work as their priority, making use of opportunities, doing teamwork and being compact with partners. Organizational culture affects positively and significantly towards employee performance, that means if cultural innovation and taking a risk, details, result orientation, person orientation, team orientation, aggressivity and stability of employee is getting stronger. So, the employee performace will be getting higher.
