  • This study aims to describe knowledge sharing, work discipline and employee performance at PT. Kemajuan Industrindo and to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance and the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study amounted to 30 respondents taken from employees of PT. Kemajuan Industrindo uses a saturated sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore companies need to develop knowledge sharing activities and improve employee work discipline by being balanced with the application of strict sanctions so that the performance of employees at PT. Kemajuan Industrindo can increase.
