Industrial Management</subject><description>The Objective of this research is to find out these following matters : the influence of organization culture toward the organization performance and knowing whether adaptation of the external environment moderates the influence of organizational culture toward organizational performance. The location of this research is in Malang. The population is 34 people, and the sample used is 34 respondents using the total sample. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This research uses questioners method as the tools in collecting the main data. To find out the instrument test, in this reasearch using validity and reliability test. To obtain a more accurate regression result on regression analysis, this research using the classical assumption. This research use simple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis tools. This research shows these following results: there is an influence of organization culture toward organization performances and adaptation of the external environment moderates the influence of organizational culture toward organizational performance.
