  • This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, service quality, and the cafe atmosphere to customer satisfaction and buying interest at the Sawah Cafe Pujon Malang. The population of this study are all consumers at the Sawah Cafe Pujon Malang. The sampling technique using non probability sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Techniques of data collection by questionnaire. Types and sources of data used this research is primary data and secondary data. Testing instrument in this study make use of test validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. These results indicate that price, product quality, service quality, and the cafe atmosphere positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction positive and significant impact on the buying interest. This shows that at an affordable price, good product quality, service quality is good, and the cafe atmosphere and good customer satisfaction into consideration the customer to buy back the food and drink at the Sawah Cafe Pujon Malang.
