  • This study aims to describe organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee performance at PT. Citra Perdana Kendedes and to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment. The total population of 340 driver part employees with 2 years working period. The samples taken in this study amounted to 77 respondents taken using the Slovin technique. This study uses a quantitative approach obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a range of scales and path analysis. The results of the study show that the organizational culture runs strong, the level of organizational commitment is high and employee performance is high. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment. The conclusion of the study is that the stronger the organizational culture, the higher the organizational commitment so that the higher the performance of its employees. Suggestions for companies need to maintain the organizational culture and maintain employee organizational commitment by balanced cultivation of cultural characteristics so that employee performance at PT. Citra Perdana Kendedes can increase.
