Heart failure patient with shock need to be given positive inotropic therapy such as dopamine to improve Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) then can improve ventricular contractility. The most single use pattern of dopamine is 3mcg/kgBB/mnt in seven patients (41%), a combination of two drugs (dopamine + norepinephrine, dopamine + dobutamine, dopamine + epinephrine) was received each by two patients, and a combination of four is dopamine + norepinephrine + dobutamine + adrenalin (epinephrine) are received by one patient. Dopamine is given with a change pattern of five switch models.
