- Welding technology have good progress in the era now and the future era. This Design of (MIG) Metal Inert Gas) welding tools aims to replace the functionof parts of human body like hand and eye. More over, using this welding tools can reduce work accidents and it can get optimal welding compared to manual welding. To use the welding tools, it will work with software Autodesk Inventor that includes frames, propulsion devices, and other components. Than, it calculate the material strength to get safest dimensions. Design of the welding tools with dimension follow as: frame length 4000 mm, wide 480 mm, height 920 mm using hollow steel 40 mm x 40 mm, thick 2 mm. Mover machine 0,5 hp and inverter as rpm control. This tools work semi automatic with speed 10 mm/s.
