- CBDRM (Community Based Disaster Risk Management) constitute from comunity based to increase ability disaster risk management. This approach still newly for society, so need to socialiszation. This research have to knowing of socialiszation process CBDRM (Community Based Disaster Risk Management) of community leaders at the Sutojayan Political district with secondary socialiszation concept of Peter L. Berger. Metode that use is qualitative research and fenomenology approach. Data collecting technique with interview, obsevastion, and documentary along with act of determining subject with purposive sampling. Data Analysis technique consist of three plot, that is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Result this research indicate socialiszation process CBDRM (Community Based Disaster Risk Management) of community leaders at the Sutojayan Political district divisible three important stage. First act of determining community leaders (intellect structure ), second desocialization and resozation (self recovation and new self giving), third is binding undestandings throught the comunity. Form the socialisation carried out by community leaders is formal socialisation. The result of socialisation to community leaders have not shown maximum result, this can be seen from the implementation of activities that are still conditional. To push for futher, assistance after training that was followed by comunity leaders.
