- Background: Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) is an integrated or integrated approach to the management of sick children. Most (> 25%) handle fever cases. One indicator of success is client satisfaction. Client satisfaction is a result of a service that has been given. Methods: The research design was used descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional approach which was used to assist the relationship of management of febrile toddlers using IMCI at Sendang Health Center. This research was conducted from 16-30 May 2019, respondents were mothers of febrile toddlers who performed the management of IMCI by health workers at the Sendang Health Center, respondents were taken using the "Purposive Sampling" sampling technique (n = 40). Data analysis using SPSS with trial Spearman rank. Results: The results of data analysis using SPSS on the management of IMCI carried out by health center health workers and 40 respondents, obtained a significance value smaller than alpha 5% (0, 012 <0.05). Then the accepted hypothesis is that H1 is accepted with a low relationship. There is a relationship between the management of febrile toddlers using IMCI with maternal satisfaction at Sendang Health Center. Discussion: Some respondents when filling out questionnaires, fussy children, so they do not concentrate when answering questionnaires, but the problem can be overcome by the researcher if the respondent does not understand the meaning of the statement in the questionnaire, the researcher will explain the purpose of the statement. This research needs to be developed variables, considering there is still little research on IMCI. Keywords: IMCI, Fever, Satisfaction
