- ABSTRACT The research aims to describe work motivation, work discipline, work environment and performance at the "Kim Suka Maju" Peci Handicraft UKM in Lamongan, analyzing work motivation, work discipline, and work environment partially significantly influencing the performance of employees in UKM Peci Crafts "Kim Suka Forward "in Lamongan. The population of this study amounted to 45 employees of UKM Peci handicrafts, while the sample of all population from UKM craft employees was 45 samples with total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation, work discipline and work environment partially influence the performance of employees at the Kim Suka Maju Pottery Handicraft UKM in Lamongan, work motivation, work discipline and work environment simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the SMK Kim Suka Maju Craft Pecan in Lamongan and work motivation is the most influential variable on the performance of employees at the SME Craft Peci "Kim Suka Maju" UKM in Lamongan. From the results of this study, the SMEs of Kim Suka Maju Peci Crafts are expected to be able to maintain and remind the Lovers of Handicrafts Kim Suka Maju to constantly monitor the performance of employees. For the next researcher, they can use various variables with different types of data analysis in order to obtain mutually supportive research results and find deep concepts related to similar topics.
