- This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and organizational commitment to the performance of civil servants in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Pasuruan. The population of research is all employees who have status as civil servants. The sample in this study amounted to 32 respondents. This study uses a sampling technique is saturated. Collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of data using Scale analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the discipline of work and organizational commitment has a category of value - average high. Performance has a category of value - average very high. Labor discipline significantly influence employee performance and organizational commitment significantly influence performance. Labor discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously affect the performance of employees. The higher the discipline of work and organizational commitment of employees, the higher the performance of employees. Suggestions for the agency to be able to evaluate regularly work to improve employee performance in terms of work discipline and organizational commitment.
