- The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of local revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds on capital expenditure in Blitar district. The sample of this study was Blitar regency for the period 2009-2018, which produced 10 observations. In this study using secondary data that is stabilized from the website of the Dirjen Perimbangan of balance and primary data taken at the BPKAD Blitar district office. The data analysis technique used is a nonparametric statistical analysis technique using the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that PAD has a positive effect on capital expenditure, DAU has a positive effect on capital expenditure, while DAK has a positive effect on capital expenditure.
