D., Advisor II :Luluk Dwi Kumalasari, S. Sos, M.Si. This study is aimed to know and to describe the evaluation of E-Warong management, especially on the management of E-Warong Melati in Sisir,and E-Warong Harapan in Beji. This research used theory of Max Weber on Rationality and Lawrence and Lorschon contingency were used in this study. This study used descriptive method and qualitative approach. Subject of this study is 9 respondents. Data collection technique in this study used observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity in this study used data source triangulation, while analysis technique consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction. Result of the study shows that there are 4 evaluations. The first is context evaluation where E-Waronghave conducted empowerment for poor family, but for cash, top up the balance, and electricity bill are not conducted. The second is input evaluation, there 3 indicators. These indicators, program implementation report in both E-Warong is suitable to the rules determined by the government. In line with the indicator of target accuracy in E-Warong Sisir, it is suitable with the function. E-Warongin Beji, for target accuracy indicator is suitable but in its function, it is not conducted, mostly closed and there is decrement on the goods traded. From the indicator of real alteration, E-Warong gives change to its members as they have income from it.The third is process evaluation, the both E-Warongimplemented program as determined by the government. It is from the utilization of business capital to profit sharing from the sales as the members’ salary. In its process, E-Warong Harapan has obstacle on trust to supervisor and financial depreciation that it should result profit but it is not and it is divided for members’ salary. The fourth is product evaluation, the understanding of E-Warong’s member in utilizing facilities, there are members who cannot operate EDC(Electronic Data Capture) machine.
