- The main problem in this study is that there are many fast food restaurants in Malang, with prices that vary and locations that are quite strategic to reach, especially KFC from countries dominated by non-Muslim communities that have halal certification, making the authors want to know whether labeling halal MUI, price and location have influence on purchasing decisions of students of Islamic Economics at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This type of research uses associative quantitative methods. The variables studied consisted of MUI Halal Labeling (X1), Price (X2), Location (X3) and purchasing decisions (Y). The data sources are primary data with a Likert scale or questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine whether there is an influence between halal labeling of MUI, price and location of purchasing decisions at KFC fast food restaurants. The results showed that the three variables X had an influence of 43.7%, of which there were 56.3% influenced by variables outside the variables studied in this study. The implementation of this research is that sharia economic students or buyers should be more aware and concerned about the importance of paying attention to the products we will consume, especially the halalness of a product which also has a positive impact on our body.
