The disorder occured because the ergonomic factors of work posture with the use of Cutting Egrek (CuE) are skeletal muscle disorders and repetitive strain injury that caused pain. According to previous research conducted by Hendra , the results showed that the most complaints of MSDs were on the neck and lower back as many as 98 of 117 oil palm harvesters. Objective: To prove the relationship between work posture and (MSDs) complaints on Palm Oil Harvesters CuE Method. Methods: Analytical observation with cross sectional method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The total samples was 82 of boys. Data was collected using (RULA) dan (NBM). Meanwhile, analyzed using Spearman test. Results: The highest age ranges from 41-50 years with working period of 6-10 years (58.5%). The RULA method was found in action level 3 (63.4%) and NBM (76.8%) results. The Spearman test results obtained p = 0,000 (<0.05) which means that there is a significant relationship between work posture and MSDs complaints. Conclusions: There was a relationship between work posture and Musculosceletal Disorder (MSDs) complaints on Palm Oil Harvesters CuE Method. Keywords: work posture, Cutting Egrek (CuE), MSDs
