Industrial Management</subject><description>Human resources are one very important factor in the organization, because the quality of the organization itself is highly dependent on the quality of human resources as an employee. Human resources according to the needs required a strategy for managing human resources, management of human resources that will either provide progress for the company, especially in the face of circumstances that are always changing and evolving. This research aims to know the influence of job stress, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Central Surgical Installation in Regional Public Hospital Jombang. This type of research is descriptive research using total sampling as the sampling technique to collect data from 34 employee. This research employs multiple linear regression as an analysis tool.
