- Psychosis is a mental disorder caused by a group of diseases that affects the brain performance so that they have changes in mindset, emotions, hallucination and habit. This study focused on implementation of psychosis social services provided by LKS Pondok Pemulihan Doulos. This study aimed to determine the implementation of social services and the inhibiting factors in providing services to psychosis people. The type of this study was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects were the head of Pondok Pemulihan Doulos, secretary, and psychosis counselor. Data collecting techniques included observation, unstructured interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consisted of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of social service at LKS Pondok Pemulihan Doulos uses Holistic Therapeutic Community (HTC) approach which is a social service method carried out holistically on mental spiritual, psychology, psychic as well as psychosocial. The factors that influence the services are family, clients, and limited human resources. This can be seen from the service that is not maximal to the client.
