- This study aims to Determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership on Employee Performance at Guest Houses in Malang City. This study was a descriptive study with a sample of 48 people. Source of the data collection using primary and secondary data. The data comes from questionnaires Primary and Secondary Data from Guest House reviews. The technique of data analysis uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis to answer the objectives of this study. The results of this study state that the organizational culture in the Guest House belongs to the strong category. Leadership at Guest House is included in the strong category. Employee performance at Guest House is included in the strong category. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture and Leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
