  • Parents who have children with autism naturally experience pressure from caring their children, this is called with parenting stress. Something that can overcome this is spiritual well-being which is used as a proctive factor for parental stress. Other than that, socio-economic status is thought to affect the relationship between the two. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual well-being and parenting stress. In addition, whether socio-economic status moderates the relationship. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This research was conducted in Lamongan Regency with a total of 42 subjects who had children with autism. The research data collection method used a spiritual well-being scale, parent stress index-short form, and socio-economic status questionnaire. The analysis test in this study used moderated regression analysis (MRA) which shows a significant negative relationship between spiritual well-being and parenting stress, and socio-economic status cannot be a moderator between the two.
