- This study aimed to find out the teaching technique of speaking of English for visual impairment student at Schools for Children with Disabilities in Region Lawang, Malang. This research aspires to analyze the kind of teaching techniques, the implementation, and problem faced by the teacher. In this research, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research was an English teacher for visual impairment student because the researcher want to know the teaching technique between normal students and visual impairment student. The techniques for collecting data used in this study were observation and interview. The data of this researcher were information elicited from teacher concerning teaching technique and implementation used by an English teacher for visual impairment student at Schools for Children with Disabilities in Region Lawang, Malang. The researcher also obtained data from the English teacher regarding problems faced in teaching technique by the teacher for visual impairment student at Schools for Children with Disabilities in Region Lawang, Malang. The finding of this study showed that the teacher used three teaching technique in the classroom, such as: role play, discussion and storytelling. Moreover, the problems faced in teaching speaking of English were the teacher had some problems in every technique such as limited English skill and vocabulary. The solution of problem faced in teaching speaking of English, the teacher have comprehensive knowledge about English teaching and material also, he needed to used English more when teaching.
