- The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of swallow nest business in South Mentaya Hilir District, East Kotawaringin Regency. This study uses primary data taken from respondents' data on swallow nests, and the type of data in this study is quantitative in the form of a questionnaire with business owners of swallow nests. The data analysis method used in this study is short-term business analysis (feability study) with Break event point and R / C ratio. The results showed that the swallow nest business in South Mentaya Hilir Subdistrict, East Waringin Regency was feasible, this was known from the sales value (Rp.68,972,800)> BEP sales (Rp.4,085,274), production capacity (4.6 kg) > BEP value unit (0.25 kg) and R / C ratio (10.3) > 1
