The level of a person's cardiorespiratory fitness can be measured by the level of VO2max. One of the benefits obtained from the combination of high intensity interval training and resistance training is to increase VO2max so that one can carry out daily activities in a relatively long time without experiencing significant fatigue. Objective: To determine the effect of the combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Resistance Training on increasing VO2max in female students at Gontor Campus Five Kediri. Research methods: The research design used was pre-experimental with a one group pre-post test design approach. Respondents used in this study were teenagers who were in Gontor Female Campus Five Kediri. A total sample of 37 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Results: Research results using the Wilcoxon test by providing interventions in the form of a combination of high intensity interval training and resistance training showed the results of static analysis with p = 0.00 <α = 0.05, the results of the test can be concluded that H1 was accepted which means that there is a combination of high intensity interval training and resistance training on the increase in VO2max on female students at Gontor Campus Five Kediri. Conclusion: The effect of the combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Resistance Training on the increase of VO2max in female students at Gontor Campus Five Kediri.
