- This research examines about The Implementation Of Narcotics Crime Acting Coaching Program At Class IIB State Detention House Situbondo. The Implementation of the Prisioner Development Program in the Situbondo Prison is solely aimed at making them return to being fully human, exspesially in the development of a better personality. This research used a qualitative reseacrh with a descriptive typewich the data is taken based on what facts are seen in the field. The Subject of this research was the staff of the institution namely (Head of Institution and division of Psioner Service). The object of this research is The Implementation of the Prisoner Development Program conducted at the Situbondo Clas IIB State Detention House. The technique of data were collected in this research by observation, interviews, and documentations. While The data technique analysis is done by qualitative analysis with interactive models. The results of this research indicate that The Implementation of Prisoner Development Program in Detention Center through several program development that is spritually coaching, physical coaching, fostering awareness of the nation and share coaching, general education coaching, and Independent development includes making handycrafts, making miniatur houses, making miniatur bicycles, and making flower pots.
