- This Study is dedicated for analyzing and describing the influence of workplace and work ethics toward the employees of PT. Karya Mekar Dewatamali Jombang. The data that is used for this study are Primary Data and Secondary Data, and Sample that are taken for the purpose are75 respondents from production employeess using sampling method Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen testing done by Validity and Reability Test. Next, the Analysing tool that is used for this study uses certain range of scale. The result of this study concluding that analysing of Workplace Range Scale test shows good criteria, Work Ethics shows High Criteria, and Employees Performance shows High Criteria. And then the result of Double Linear Regression shows that Workplace and Work Ethics have significant impact on employees performance. The result of Dominant Testing states that work performance of employees PT. Karya Mekar Dewatamali mostly influenced by work ethics than workplace.
