- This study aims to study financial and financial management interactions with financial literacy in the 2015 class of management study students at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling uses random sampling. Data obtained by collecting questionnaires to 83 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the path analysis and Sobel test revealed that financial management learning on financial, financial and financial literacy had a significant effect on financial performance. Financial literacy is able to mediate financial management learning on financial behavior but literacy is unable to mediate financially with financial behavior. Students need to find information related to financial management learning and students in the capital market more so that they can better understand stocks and provide experience to invest so that they have solutions in dealing with capital issues both individually and in groups. Students are drilled in calculating credit interest not falling prey to high-interest loans.
