- Winning declaration done by one of candidate President 2019 after voting get pros and cons in people environment. This case attract attention of the media in give a news because official result from KPU not yet out, but has made a winning declaration first. This case attract attention of researcher too to do research some media which has presented the news about the case. Online media which has presented about president choice 2019 are Detik.com and Merdeka.com. Researcher will examine more deeply on how construction of Detik.com and Merdeka.com about winning declaration Prabowo Subianto in President Choice 2019. This research uses social constructionisme theory and agenda setting theory. This research use qualitative descriptive method. This research focus about news of winning declaration Prabowo Subianto in President Choice 2019 on Detik.com and Merdeka.com with scope of research on period 17th April – 25th April. This research collect five news from Detik.com and five news from Merdeka.com as data collection technic. Data analysis technic use framing analysis from Robert .N. Entman. Data validity check use credibility with observation persistence technic. Based on research result that has been done, then the conclusion are Detik.com more showing positive news from Jokowi – Ma’ruf Amin in response the news about winning declaration of Prabowo – Sandi unilaterally, and Merdeka.com more showing the news about euphoria Prabowo – Sandi team after the voting. Recommendation about this research are the people can be wise in meaning a news because not all media are neutral.
