- The research in this thesis is motivated by a phenomenon that employee productivity can affect the success of the company and realize the goals to be achieved. In this case the researcher examines the influence of educational background and work experience on the work productivity of employees of PT. Bank BTN Malang Sharia Branch Office. The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is: Do the educational background and work experience emphasize improving the performance of Bank BTN employees at the Malang sharia branch office?. In this study using primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been filled by employees of Bank BTN Malang Sharia Branch Office which were sampled in this study. The analytical methods in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicolinerity Test, Autocoleration Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Regression. From the results of multiple regression analysis it can be concluded that educational background variables have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work experience variables have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and together indicating that the variables of educational background and work experience significantly influence the employee productivity variable of Bank BTN Malang Syariah Branch Office.
