- The Influence of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROA) Towards Stock Returns of Property and Real Estate Sectors Listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) At The Period 2016-2018; Munawar Laiya ; Sharia Economy Department, Faculty of Islamic, UMM The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of NPM, ROA, ROE on stock returns. This study uses a quantitative approach with the object of research on property and real estate sector companies. This study uses SPSS 24 as an analysis tool. The population in this study has 61 companies and 10 samples of companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Results indicated that Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) were simulated give a significant influence towards stock return. Partially, Net Profit Margin (NPM) had a positive but not significant influence towards the stock return, Return On Assets (ROA) had a significant negative effect towards the stock return and Return On Equity (ROE) had a significant positive effect towards the stock returns.
