- One of the problems that often found in the education field is the low students ‘learning interest, especially in mathematics. It is because of the lack of the teachers’ creativity in the process of effective and enjoyable learning. One of the factors that led to the current issue is the inappropriate teaching materials that used in the learning process especially the student activity sheet (LKPD). The lack of appropriate LKPD toward students’ characteristic and the monotonous LKPD i.e., contains several questions, lead to the passive learning process. This current study is aimed to develop the LKPD on the fractional material that appropriate with the students’ characteristic of the MI Wahid Hasyim class IV by using Bruner theory and to know the eligibility of the current LKPD. This study applies ADDIE development model that contained 5 stages named as Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This LKPD is verified by 2 experts that are teaching material expert and material expert, the validation process is done by 2 validators which are the PGSD UMM lecturers. This study was tested at MI Wahid Hasyim in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year on 29 April 2019. The results of the teaching material validation test of the content, appearance and language aspects assessment were obtained 92% in percentage with a valid and worth using qualification. The validation test results of the material and the language presentation aspect were obtained 87.5% with a valid and worth using qualification. The students' response toward LKPD were obtained 92% in average with a valid and worth using qualification. Hence, it could be conclude that the mathematic LKPD based on the Bruner theory on the fractional material for class IV is worth to be used.
