- The implementation of AANZFTA in Indonesia-Australia trade has an effect on the two countries bilateral cooperation which is realized in the form of multinational dairy companies PT. Greenfields Indonesia to guarantee domestic fresh milk supply. The simplification of tariff and non-tariff barriers under AANZFTA facilitates the importing process of dairy cattle as a source of milk raw material that encourage the increase of company’s milk production capacity to supply the needs of Indonesian people. This research uses the concept of Free Trade and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) with explanative-qualitative method in explaining the form of AANZFTA implementation and investment mechanism of PT. Greenfields Indonesia, as well as the pattern of substitutive relationship which formed to encourage substituting process of imported raw materials for milk with the cultivation of dairy cattle population by PT. Greenfields Indonesia. The status of trade tariff for dairy cattle commodity that has been changed from MFN tariff to preferential tariff under AANZFTA implementation systematically affected the standard application for Indonesia-Australia export-import that more transparent and reduce trade protection which simplify the transfer of PT.
