- This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER) on sharia stock prices PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011- 2018. This research is a quantitative research and the type of data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the company PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. The population and samples used were PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. The data analysis used is using multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that partially financial ratios with variables Return on Equity (ROE) have a significant effect on stock prices with a value (0.023 <0.05), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on stock prices with a value (0,000 <0 , 05) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have a significant effect on stock prices with a value (0.043 <0.05). Based on the results of the F test it is known that all independent variables simultaneously influence stock prices. The determinant coefficient shows the number 52.1%, which means ROE, DER, PER explains the stock price of 52.1%. Based on this study PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in order to increase financial ratios so that it can increase stock prices. For further researchers to expand on the calculation of financial ratios and research samples.
