- The emergence of unwed pregnancy cases in Bokor, district of Tumpang, Malang, is very sorrowful. The emergence is evidenced by the case existences of unwed pregnancy in 2012 until 2019 which are 10 unwed pregnancy cases in adolescents who are not wearing hijab, and 2 cases in hijab adolescents. In 2019, the total number of unwed pregnancy of teenagers is not wearing hijab and wearing hijab reaches 12 cases. The breakdown counts that 3 cases in each 2012, 2013, and 2014, followed by each 1 case in 2015, 2016 and 2019. This current study used a qualitative type with a describtive approach. The selection of subjects was done by purposive sampling which is choosing the research subjects with certain criteria that are in accordance with the research. The data from this study were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted on 2 unwed pregnant women and strengthened by the presence of 2 informants who are the Qur’an teacher of the subject and village serviceman of Bokor. Those data are the source of research findings and analyzed using appropriate theories. The analysis in this study used Max Weber's affective rational action theory. This theory says that this action is based on one's emotions or sentiments. The results of this study are two hijab teenagers who experience pregnancy outside of marriage the causes are broken home, lack of love and low parental supervision so they are looking for the most comfortable escape on their part until they get pregnant out of wedlock. The subject's view of pregnancy outside marriage in hijab teenagers is a bad and stupid thing, subjects understand that courtship is haram and not supposed to be hijab teenagers experience pregnancy outside of marriage and hope that life after marriage will be better.
