  • Network communication is a regular pattern of relationships between individuals that can be identified as an exchange of information experienced by someone in their social system. Network analysis illustrates patterns and uses network descriptions to study how network structure limits communication behavior and social change. The city of Batu is now starting to become famous with its history so that the community is around opening businesses in the tourism sector This study aims to determine the extent of communication network management model homestay family in Songgoriti. To achieve the research objectives quantitative research is used through a quantitative descriptive approach. The research instrument used observation sheets, interview sheets and questionnaires given to the owner and manager of a family homestay in Songgoriti Batu City, then data collection was held. Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews, it is known that the large number of villas and family homestays is not spared from well-managed management, through an association or association. Where this association, by the Batu City Tourism Office, was given the opportunity to arrange lodging in the Songgoriti area. In the Supo community, the flow of communication that occurs is (1) downward communication channel, which is carried out by management to employees or simply is from the chairman of the association to members of the association. (2) The flow of communication upwards, carried out by community members to the community leaders. (3) The flow of communication to the side, which is carried out between members of the community and the other members of the community. interaction patterns that occur in the community of homestay family owners in Songgoriti: (1) helping each other, (2) sharing information. There are a number of things that make a conflict there, namely the existing facilities at the homestay are inadequate so that the tenant prefers other places, is less able to suppress his ego without listening to explanations and input from others. However, all of these problems can be solved by deliberation and cool heads. As has been agreed together that if there are members who are absent from meetings and deliberations, these members will continue to accept decisions that have been mutually agreed upon.
