- Problems that often occur that occurred in the City of Batu, especially in erecting a building that does not fit the building by physical means or even become the period of validity and not in the finish by the building owner. Therefore, to know the effectiveness of the revocation of building permit in Batu jurisdiction area. In this case the implementation of the revocation of building permit letter owned by the people of Batu City as well as efforts to be made to prevent violations of existing Regional Regulations. In this legal writing, researchers use sociological juridical methods that are useful to provide an explanation of the problem and the results of research obtained in relation to legal aspects. And try to study the empirical reality in society through an activity of interview and also documentation obtained in Batu City location and analyzed by descriptive qualitative. In the writing of this law, the authors perform data analysis by systematically arranging the results of interviews, recording on the facts of the field, as well as bibliographic data to obtain knowledge of existing data, and then memformulasikannya descriptive.
