- This study aims to study the information system regarding the payment of taxes at the Regional Finance Agency of Batu City. This type of research is descriptive research. The data used in this study are primary and secondary. Data analysis techniques that are analysis of input, process and output. Input analysis is carried out using materials that have been inputted with internal operational standards. Process analysis is carried out by analyzing the tasks that are in accordance with the tasks according to the duties and responsibilities. Output analysis is done by comparing the output documents in accordance with supporting evidence. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the tax cash payment information system in the city body has been going well, because the existing system can provide the information needed. However, there are still weaknesses in this system because the Regional Finance Agency of Kota Batu can still function properly and the tax function, besides that is a clear procedure.
