- Rendani Airport is a domestic airport that serves flight routes located in districts of Manokwari the capital city of West Papua Province. The growth of population, needs, and public transportation have been increasing from year to year, thus the infrastructure should support air transportation. The evaluation was conducted to compare between Rendani Airport and National Standard Number 03-7046-2004. The standard comprises passenger terminal needs, infrastructure, and other facilities. The evaluation results of passenger terminal suitability towards SNI 03-7046-2004 showed the departure room 245.63 m2, the current condition 820 m2, baggage claim area 222.4 m2, the current condition 120 m2. Then, the calculation results of service hours on the passenger ticket inspection – the average number of people in the system is 1 person and the average waiting in the queue is 0.277 minutes. The service hours at the check-in counter is an average of 2 people in the system and the average waiting in the queue is 0.027 minutes. Finally, the service hour at the boarding pass is an average of 1 people in the system and the average waiting in the queue is 0.16 minutes.
