- This research is a media development research which is used for elementary school named Replusir “Replika Siklus Air”. The media is water cycle replication that is used for tema 8 pembelajaran 2 pembelajaran 1. The trial of this media was conducted in SD Negeri Junrejo 01 Kota Batu. This research aims to (1) develope Replusir media (2) comprehend the effectiveness of the media. This research uses R&D (Research and Development) with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The subject are students from class VA SD Negeri Junrejo 01 Kota Baru which consists of 37 students. The research was conducted in second semester on 12 February 2019 in SD Negeri Junrejo 01 Kota Batu. The data were in quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative data is to determine the effectiveness and validity of the media, while the qualitative one is to conclude the collected data. The result showed that through pretest and posttest using Replusir, the media is effective. It is proven by the mean score of posttest which is 77,5 higher than pretest’s mean score, 53. Post test score had passed the effectiveness score, 75. Through this research, Replusir instructional media is suggested as reference in teaching and learning process, hoping it can support the success of teaching process in elementary school.
