- The strategy competition is one of the key to face the business competition which is more challenging. The total of competitor which is increasing cause UKM Roti Impian trapped in the marketing competition situation which is more highly competitive. The strategy used is blue ocean strategy. This study is use Qualitative approach with descriptive research and the data collection used interview, questionnaire an observation. The data is collected from three cpmpetitive UKM with companies which is have the same product. This study is used the data collection from questionnaire made for canvas blue ocean strategy to know the position before UKM Roti Impian aplly the blue ocean strategy. Besides, the SWOT analysis is applied to determine the perception from the shared questionnaire.
