- CV Surya Food Indonesia is the company that grows up in the food field producing dried bread chocolate jam. In the processing product of CV Surya Food Indonesia using mixer, breadline, steam, oven, and packaging. The breadline machine often to breakdown, thus the machine stopped while the production is processing. One of the causes whether the production processing machine run well or not is caused by machine maintenance. The higher of the machine effectivity, the resulting of production output will achieve the target. Applying the Total productive Maintenance is the maintenance solution to increase the performance productivity. The measuring (OEE) is used to find the causes of the detriment such as the time decreasing, speed decreasing, and defective product. The result of the study are, the value (OEE) of the breadline machine from January to December period is 70,53 %. It is still under the standard of 85 % which is need repairing the machine effectivity. From the factor of six big losses which is influencing the effectivity of breadline machine, it is happen in setup & adjustment and equipment failure which fall into the downtime losses category.
