PENGARUH KOMBINASI CORE STABILITY EXERCISE DAN SPRINT TRAINING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KELINCAHAN PADA PEMAIN FUTSAL UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MALANG

- Background: Futsal games include games that use short duration and narrow space. In order to excel in the game, each player needs fast movements and does not lose balance like a woman in agility. Special training is needed to improve the agility of futsal players such as a combination of core stability exercise and sprint training. Research Objectives: To determine the effect of core stability exercise and sprint training on increasing agility in futsal players. Research Method: The method used in this study is an experimental method with research one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were futsal players in UMM Futsal Team. The sample used in this study consisted of 32 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The results of the study were analyzed using Paired T Test. Results: After exercising for 4 weeks with a frequency of 3 times a week, the results showed that there was a significant increase in the combination of core stability exercise and sprint training on increasing agility. The analysis results show that tcount is15.289> t2.042table and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05 and thevalue mean is initially 17.04 seconds to 16.52 seconds. Conclusion: There is an influence of the combination of core stability exercise and sprint training on increasing agility futsal players in University of Muhammadiyah Malang.
