- MCooking oil is one of the staple foods that can be categorized as a strategic commodity, so businesses provide bulk cooking oil at affordable prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, quality, and location on the decision to purchase bulk cooking oil and analyze consumer behavior towards the decision to purchase bulk cooking oil in Sumenep Madura Regency. This type of research is a quantitative approach using primary data. Data processing methods used are multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this study are 1) Price, quality and location have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase bulk cooking oil in Sumenep Madura Regency. 2) Consumer behavior towards the decision to purchase bulk cooking oil through five stages, namely: Introduction of needs, information seeking, evaluation of alternatives, purchase and post-purchase decisions.
