- ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN DANA KAPITASI BPJS PADA PUSKESMAS DONOMULYO Riza Arivatul This study aims to determine the management of capitation funds based on PERMENKES No. 21 of 2016. Every citizen must become a BPJS participant and contributions will be based on the desired level in accordance with UU No. 44 of 2011. The funds will be channeled to FKTP called capitation funds. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative data types. Data collection methods through interviews and documentation. The results showed that capitation funds had been allocated maximally. The funds have been allocated for services, but on the other hand facilities and infrastructure services are still not maximal at other operational points. But the remaining funds will be used for the next period budget. Doctors who only 3 people also complained about the number of queues that occurred. Overall Puskesmas Donomulyo in the management of its funding capacity is in accordance with PERMENKES No. 21 of 2016.
