- The research objective is to measure the performance of a company using the Balanced Scorecard. Data sources are used in the form of financial report data which is used as the basis for calculating the Balanced Scorecard. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the performance of financial perspectives on UKM Brosem Batu is considered good at its ratios, namely solvency and profitability ratios, but the liquidity ratio is considered to be poor because UKM Brosem Batu are unable to meet their short-term obligations. Overall customer perspective performance can be said to be good because it is able to retain customers and also acquire customers. The perspective of internal business processes is said to be quite good because the number of defective products is low. The performance of learning and growth perspectives can be concluded both characterized by rising employee productivity and being able to retain employees.
