- An effective accounting system within the company requires approval and support from all parts. For this reason, we need a policy of authority and responsibility within the company so that efficiency can be achieved and of course with an effective accounting system and will strengthen an internal control structure of cash, accounts receivable and company income. Conclusion of the study that the sales system and cash receipts for credit sales at PT. Meditrans Global has been running well because the company has been supported by the parts responsible for related functions. But it is better for the company to add new functions, namely in the sales procedure to add to the warehouse and in the cash receipt section add to the accounting section. Then the warehouse card should be added as a way for the company to know the amount of goods available to the company.
