- This study aims to reveal the influence of leadership of the Prophet siddiq, amanah, fathanah and tabliqh to the motivation of work at Nelongso Roast Chicken Restaurant. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all employees of Nelongso Roast Chicken Restaurant. Sampling using purposive sampling technique is a technique of taking a sample that is not random or in accordance with certain criteria with a total of 50 respondents. Data analysis tool used in this research is scale scale analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership siddiq, amanah, fathanah and tabliqh included in the category of very good and work motivation is also included in the category very well. Results of multiple linear regression is known that fathanah of 1.114 so it can be concluded that fathanah significantly affect employee performance. While siddiq equal to 0,086, amanah equal to 0,094 and tabliqh -0,604 can be concluded that siddiq, amanah and tabliqh have no significant effect to work motivation.
