- The effect of job training on improving employee productivity by using the work ethic of Islam as a moderation variable at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Branch Kediri, Ely Indah Cahyani, NIM 201410510311066, Islamic Economics Study Program FAI UMM. This study aims to determine an effect of job training on increasing employee productivity by using the work ethic of Islam as a moderation variable at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Kediri Branch Office. Quantitative approach is used in this research, by the object of research at a banking company specifically PT. BRI Syariah Branch of Kediri. The election of the company due to the good progress of the company and has become one of the best Syariah banking in Indonesia. In addition, the financing that distributed by branch offices from year to year also increased, most of the financing distributed to productive enterprises. Thus, PT. BRI Syariah Kediri Branch Office shows that the performance of employees also increased, due to the hard work and effort all employees financing at PT. BRI Syariah Branch Office of Kediri experienced an increase, according to the target company. The results of this study indicate that the Work Training and work ethic of Islam simultaneously have a significant effect on the increase in employee productivity. As well as the ethos of Islamic work as a moderating variable strengthens the effect of job training on improving employee productivity.
