  • This study aims to find out the effect of work training on the improving quality of banking staff performance in Bank Syariah Mandiri at Malang area office. The descriptive quantitative research design was used. Descriptive quantitative research is research that the data collecting to test a hypothesis, which aims to answer questions about the subject of research. The tools of data analysis are scale range analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The result of the study indicated the score of scale range which were the work training and employee performance included in very good category. The results of the simple linear regression of work training significantly influence employee performance.
