- This study aims to describe employee performance, training and work environment of Grapari Telkomsel Malang City employees. In addition, it is also to find out the effect of training and work environment partially and simultaneously on the performance of Grapari Telkomsel employees in Malang City. This study uses total sampling, conducted by distributing questionnaires to a number of thirty-four respondents from the Youth and Community Division employees. The analysis technique used is a range scale analysis technique and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 15.00 for Windows Software. The results of this study describe that the range of scales on performance shows that employee performance is included in the high category. Then the training is included in the good category and the work environment is included in the sufficient category. Training and work environment partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Companies are advised to be able to maintain good training and routinely carry out evaluations in order to improve employee training and performance.
