- Rice bran has potency to be used as the earthworm's feed, because the protein contents are less than 15%. This research aimed at discovering the growth differences of weight and length of earthworms (Lumbricus rubellus) based on the giving of rice bran fermentation and tofu pulp feeds as the biology learning sources. This research used True Experimental as the kind of research by using research design of Posttest-Only Control Group Design. In this research, Complete Random Design (RAL) was used by using the concentration of rice bran and tofu pulp, in which those concentrations were 0%, 15%, 20%, and 25%. The data analysis techniques used was the Two-Way ANOVA. Based on the analysis result of Two-Way ANOVA, it was known the significant value of >0,05 thus, the results of this research indicated that there were no real differences of the weight and length of earthworms on the basis of the interaction treatments of rice bran fermentation, therefore on the threatment of tofu pulp and the interactions treatments of rice bran and tofu pulp it showed the result that there were significanty different. The research results indicated that the rice bran fermentation given was not giving differences on the growth of earthworms because the earthworms’ growth was categorized as low, in which the biggest weight was 0,85 g/head on the treatment of A1B0 and the biggest length was 6,2 cm/head on the treatment of A2B0. On the treatment of giving tofu pulp feeds, it showed the results that there were differences on the length and weight of earthworms. The best weight and length were on the treatment of A0B3, in which the weight was 1,01 g/head and the length was 6,53 cm/head. In the interaction treatment or the mixing of rice bran fermentation and tofu pulp was known from the research results of giving additional length that achieved 1,01 g/head and the weight achieved 6,66 cm/head. These results were the biggest growth addition from all of the treatments; however, p. These research results can be used as the learning sources on the biology lesson because the results have been fulfilled the aspects of potential clarity, suitability of the learning sources, explorational clarity, and also acquisitional clarity.
