- This research aims to know the influence of government spending and tax areas against the gross Regional domestic product (GDP) district/city of East Kalimantan province Year 2013-2017. The methods used in the research is the data panel consists of 7 counties and three towns in the province of East Kalimantan over the last 5 years (2013-2017). The test results show that the selection of the best model used in this study is a model of Fixed Effects (FE). The results obtained indicate that the variable is positive with influential Government spending 1.42% and significant value of 99% against the growth of the County/City of East Kalimantan province. While variable tax areas showed positive results with a value of 99 and significant 37.42% also against economic growth district/city of East Kalimantan province.
